Our apples dried in slices and peeled off
have a delicate texture and softness. Red sorts of apples have a pronounced
sweet-sour taste, and white apples have a sour-sweet taste.
Apples contain almost all essential minerals
and vitamins. They are rich in iron, potassium, copper, vitamins B2, B3, B4, and
B6.
In the dried
form, the composition of useful for health elements is 2-3 times higher than in
a fresh apple. One pack of our dried apples replaces three fresh ones!
Apples are very
well suited for baking and making desserts.
