There are about 20 kinds of apricots. The rarest is a black apricot, which appeared randomly as a result of a hybrid of an apricot and a cherry plum.

Our dried apricots are carefully pitted. We have chosen naturalness when drying apricots without using harmful preservatives in the form of sulfur. Therefore, our apricots have a dark brown natural color. They are full of provitamin A, B3 and B6.

Your daily need in potassium and iron will be fulfilled if you eat several dried apricots. Dried apricots consist of 46% of sugar and 15-20% of moisture on average.
