Our dried peaches contain provitamin A, and are also rich in sugar.

The peaches also contain pectin and essential oils, iron, phosphorus, manganese, copper, zinc, selenium and magnesium. A particular strong peach flavor is due to the presence of such esters as formic, acetic, valeric and caprylic acids in it. 

Peaches taste good when mixed with milk products and cereals. It is best to replace sugar with peaches, which you are accustomed to add to cocktails, breakfasts, and cereals as they have an excellent sweetening quality.
